We are looking for industrial staff for our client companies in Hultsfred and surrounding areas. The companies operate in the manufacturing industry and want to strengthen their teams with competent employees with the help of Montico.

About the Position

We are currently seeking CNC operators and grinders for assignments with our client companies. You will first be employed as a consultant at Montico and rented out to the client company. After six months, there is an opportunity for permanent employment with Montico or direct employment with the client company.

The working hours are usually daytime or two shifts, but we appreciate your flexibility for other shift patterns as well. This is an excellent opportunity for you who are looking for stable work in the industry!

Job Description

CNC Operator Position: In your role as a CNC operator, you will work with CNC-controlled machines and follow the process that includes several different work steps. Your tasks will consist of planning and handling materials. You will monitor the CNC machine and perform measurements and quality controls according to specifications.

Grinder Position: In your role as a grinder, you will primarily grind and finish various components for the automotive industry. The components will then go to painting and directly to the customer for delivery, which requires a strong sense of quality and precision.

The tasks can be monotonous at times, and you will work at a fast pace towards set goals, where good physical fitness and patience are essential for performing well as a grinder.
